I have always had a soft spot for blower Bentleys, even seen a few in real life on the road as well as various examples on TV, most memorable being Steedīs example in the original Avengers.I also have the blue Macau car, its the only post 1972 YY I own, and I have the mid 60s version too , but still after the red & green Corgi issues

Karl you have an impressive set of classics here! The newer MoY was one of Matchbox's better efforts from the '80's. I remember when it first came out in green it was hard to find. I got mine from a toy shop after many months of hunting around the toy fairs. One of the reasons why it was so hard to find back then was that it was destined to be the last model made in England from the MoY range. The mud guards and and wheel hubs are plastic but are finely detailed. This material was chosen not just to keep costs down but it provided detail without waste.

Thanks for sharing Karl.
