SeanC42 07-20-2009, 08:49 PM Coming soon! KenBajdek 07-21-2009, 06:09 PM Just run 2 cell it makes more sense to me. Andy Koback 07-21-2009, 10:18 PM Is Anything In Development Stages For A Single Cell That Will Run Like The 2-cell 35c Pack? That's like asking for a Cadillac to roll out of a "Yugo" plant? :p Kevin Koback 07-23-2009, 08:34 PM That's like asking for a Cadillac to roll out of a "Yugo" plant? :p Ummm, I think he meant if the Reedy 1cell packs will run relatively well with other 1cell packs, like the 2cell 35c packs performed well against the other 2cells...... Andy Koback 07-23-2009, 09:27 PM Ummm, I think he meant if the Reedy 1cell packs will run relatively well with other 1cell packs, like the 2cell 35c packs performed well against the other 2cells...... I read'em like I see'm!!! Mullins21 07-24-2009, 09:15 AM Ummm, I think he meant if the Reedy 1cell packs will run relatively well with other 1cell packs, like the 2cell 35c packs performed well against the other 2cells...... yeah and the 2cell pack was one of the cheaper ones so hopefully the single cell will be too nitro4294 07-24-2009, 02:49 PM Just run 2 cell it makes more sense to me. Well, when you're racing on a short tight track, 2 cell is just too much power, even with a 21.5. Single cell with a 17.5 is just as fast but doesn't have the punch and is a lot more controllable. Mullins21 07-24-2009, 02:58 PM Well, when you're racing on a short tight track, 2 cell is just too much power, even with a 21.5. I tried a 10.5 single against the 21.5 and was 3 laps off the pace. I know single cell is the future but don't oversell how fast it is. Andy Koback 07-24-2009, 09:52 PM Right on!!! You'd have to throw in a 7.5 to keep up! JONW1020 07-24-2009, 11:30 PM Single cell is a turd! I tried a 10.5 single against the 21.5 and was 3 laps off the pace. I know single cell is the future but don't oversell how fast it is. then you need to come to Easley and race 10.5 1s and 21.5 3200 run same speeds and laps. See for youself www.carolinarc.com (http://www.carolinarc.com) nickbell1390 07-25-2009, 07:10 AM single cell 10.5 was 3 seconds faster than 21.5 3200 last weekend..... KenBajdek 07-25-2009, 07:59 AM You can't make a general statement about speed being the same everywhere. We have a tight track up here it does make a HUGE difference. Our infield is only 4 feet wide and the track has only 8ft wide lanes. Most other ovals that I've seen you just clamp the trigger and hold it for 4 minutes because of the wide sweeping corners. The other track that we race at has much wider corners (same running line) and we will run 8-10 laps more in 21.5. I haven't raced single cell yet but I'm pretty sure the results would be close to the same. We have too much resistance here to switch classes again. Most of the racers here are still running 4 cell 17.5 or 4 cell 13.5. Mullins21 07-25-2009, 11:05 PM and the way its looks i would say nick is gonna put a lap on 21.5 with his 10.5 single cell car this weekend once some rubber is laid down Mullins21 07-25-2009, 11:07 PM "i dont have all the answers, i was just looking for one" nickbell1390 07-26-2009, 11:03 AM Caleb I woudnt quite go that far but the 10.5 car is just awesome....whats crazy is its pretty good with a 2 cell in it too. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
