Just got my Mummy kit from Cult TV Man(thanks Steve)and have to say its every bit as good as expected but whats with the roses on the front lid?They are not on the lid in the movie and its not really something that should have been on there,ok I know its a simple task to remove them but I am curious as to why they are there in the fiorst place....artistic licence?I would have thought they could have gone with something more egyptian,my only gripe in an otherwise beautiful piece of moulding,well done Frank and Co.:thumbsup:

Those are Lotus Blossems.....beyond that, I know nothing...

They are in the movie and when he is put in the Sarcophagus the priests cut the lotus and the beard of it.

I haven't seen the film for a very long time so it's interesting to see that photo of the sarcophagus.

Yeah got it,I havn't watched the movie in a while so I am going to sit down over the weekend and watch the whole collection which Universal strangely enough didn't release in the UK.....oh Steve I'll leave them be this time,I get enough curses from the wife so I dont need anymore from across the pond....:lol:I'll just have to be content with the Janus model as it's missing the flowers,cheers,Gordon
