I'm working one up in resin, but it will be at least 3 months at best before I get all the details sculpted in. It will be the 1/64th scale of the AFX cars. I'll keep you guys posted as it gets closer and will put up some pics when it starts looking more recognizable.

Lola is a good choice!! Always a popular body in slots, whether in T-jet,
Cox/Monogram 1/24 or Fly 1/32nd scale! :)

After getting motivated here to focus in on the T-70 Coupe, I started back in on my research. From the point I'm at now creating the original to make the cast, I can create the T-70 Mk I or the Mk III. The Mk I is the top picture/blueprint, the lower one is a Fly version of the Mk III. Note the front deck radiator inlet and the rear spoiler assembly that is on the Mk III and not on the Mk I. What would you guys like to see? Once again, these would be made in 1/64th scale and one or the other would be about 3 months away from completion.

wow. looking at the pics of the 1:1s, I'm surprised that Aurora didn't make more of them than just the Lola GT... they'd have been perfect with the other Tjet racing cars Aurora had...

That is a beautiful car. Not the hotwheels version of it but the actual vehicle in most of its stages is really something to behold. I love those old CanAm cars. My alltime fav. series.

Lola T-70 open cockpit, please. SJC Resin Cast used to make them but he now says he is not casting at this time. But for a coupe, I like the Fly Mk III better than the Mk I blueprint. Funny, the MK I blueprint identfies itself as a Mark 3.
