That Petty blue # 37 is my favorite! Although, that copper 56 Chevy is a close second.

Man, those are some pretty niffty rides and all those colors. I thought I was having a flashback to the 70's! Nothing the Hilltop Boys couldn't do though.

RM,
I would say that after a close look that the body was a 1994-1997 Ford T-Bird with a 1949 Ford rear end and custom Ford spinner grill front end. Yep, the good old '49 Ford with the whopping 100 HP V-8, "Hotchkiss drive" rear axle, and "three-on-the-tree". Yee Haw! How did I do?

More beauties!!! The one thing that I still have a hard time accepting is the "Dub" wheels. I'm old school and them new style wheels are just too big for my tastes..

I think you hit the nail on the head with the 50ford/bird yankee. That is a slick ride for sure!!

I am with utherJoe on the wheels - I like the "as rodded in the day" better than the widespread Dub wheel look. Of course, they're just wheels, and when the fad ends or the look changes they unbolt. It's amazing how many of those cars, even those from far different eras, have similar wheel treatments. Somebody is raking in the bucks.

Not that there aren't more, but that #32 Ford roadster, and the blue #37 Willys could sit in my garage as is!

Wow, what a couple of weeks!
We decided to stay and catch the truck race in Memphis, and then the Good Guys show.
Didn't see Mr. Hilltop, thought I saw Splitposter, I did see Matt Lockersby but he wouldn't stop.
I guess he didn't hear me. Anyways, it's good to be back home.
I had to go back because I saw something there that I couldn't live without.

I've been wanting a good drag racer, and this one fits the bill!!!
I got home and started the 486dx computer while I was unloading.
It finally got through,(dial up), and the next morning when the pics loaded,
to my surprise, I saw my car in this thread!

I'll let ya know how she does at the track.
