I've got 4 stick packs of 4400 NIMH batteries that I let lapse for a few months and now they only have a capacity 2700-2800mah. Anyone have a method of getting more out of them besides dead-shorting.

I would cycle them a few times and balance them in a tray to try to get them back.

yeah charge 1/2 way and then discharge and equlize and do over a few times and then do a full cycle they wont ever be top notch again but this wil help....SRM

He said stick paks Mike. You won't get those in a tray. Cycling is about all you can do.
