Hi I have began building an offroad practice track in New Carlisle In. I do not want to compete with the other tracks in the area as they are both great tracks (embassy in niles and Rochester) but if you live close and would like to try out another place to run leave a reply and I will try and get back to you. I am 5 houses west of county line road on chicago trail the turf farm is 3-4 miles west of me my phone number is 574-988-0017

as of today I have an L shaped track with banked corners and 25' straights but plan on adding another leg onto the track with some jumps and a crossover simular to the one at embassy as soon as I get the tilling, pushing of dirt and rolling done, address is 8833 e chicago new carlisle in. Gary

got the tilling done and started pushing dirt when the drive shaft on the tractor came apart so it will probably be sunday before I get back to it Gary

got the crossover done with 18-24" jumps and about 10 feet between the jumps so the track now is u shaped with the crossover on one of the legs. First run and I had some nose first landings into the landing ramp with my rt-x27 and lost the front driveshaft, man does that make it do great donuts Gary

Anyways I might have to check out your place soon (I live just north of rolling near the toll road and the SS train tracks). Also do you have any power, being that I only run electric stuff (right now I am down to my T4)?

shot as is track has just been sitting for a couple of weeks because of other duties, have never raced on either track, showed up at embassy on a monday before they were open like in may and got in trouble hence the no trespassing signs (how was I to know they had a web site or when they opened) heard about the track at Lhs showed up sign said races sat and practice monday, went back on monday and got reemed. Went to rochester to meet up with a guy to buy some duratrax parts ran a few laps and had starter issues before racing began. Never been to a real race and I could probably run extension cords out close to track, 100yds from garage

lol all is good. Although now at embassy the pratice days are on tesday, and I think the track is just open on race days on saturday (rochester races on the sats that embassy doesn't)

That would be cool, although I know I won't have time this weekend, as tomarrow I most likely will be painting an RC shell for one of the local racers at niles. Then firday I will be heading to a race near Detroit for the weekend. Maybe I might be able to stop by next weekend for a few hours (send me a pm as to when would be best). Of course that is if it doesn't rain any. lol

Mike stopped by to show me how to do a few laps on saturday and we had a blast ran out my 2cell 5200mah 20c lipo about 3 times maybe 4 on my blitz-velineon between races he switched motors and tires, I swapped out some tires and replaced a broken axle shaft, and added another leg to the track with a chikane rythm section (double)? and ran the opposite direction a few times. did not get any video but will get some soon Thanks for stopping by mike had a great timt time Gary

I have to keep things fresh when playing on your track, that and I wanted to put the hotter motor in anyways for the outdoor season coming up.

Also it is always a good time at your place, and it is even better seeing your own track coming together little by little (and that I get to play on it as well lol).
