Guys:
My right front develops a "ridge" of build up on the inside edge after a 4 minute run. It seems to handle good, but I was wondering if this is normal? If so-how do I correct it? (asphalt / caps)
Thanks,
Al

As long as the tire is wiping clean( no graining or build up on the actual part of the tire that contacts the track) then there is no problem with the tire building the ring of rubber on the inside. this is normal due to the way the car works and the g-forces are applied.
On the other hand, if you have graining or build up on the contact patch, then you have an issue with the car being tight.

That's referred to as "rolling rubber". It is a good thing and it's normal if track bite is good and your front end isn't sliding.

The ridge is normal but if your rubber is rippling then need to go to a lighter FR spring or next harder compound tire depending on the handling condition.

I would agree with Pat The rubber rolling is a sign of good setup as well as a high grip track .... Leave it and clean off with WD40 or other compound and go racing SRM
