1. There is an issue currently pertaining to both isues of the 2007-present Dodge Charger Daytona R/T Tool No GL019. The issue is that the model has the wrong engine cap in it in the 6.1l SRT-8 when it is suppose to have the 5.7l Hemi V8. The casting for the current Hemi was just released in the Hobby exclusive Challenger series in the 09 R/T model. The same engine is in both versions.

2. Is there any information avalible on the upcoming Motor World line?

3. Pertaining to the Corvette Series, can we get some information about any possible 1/64 releases of the C4 1984 - 1996 and C5 1997 - 2004 Corvette's for 1/64? Also, can we get a 1963 Corvette C2 427 Split Window with the "427" badge on the front quarter panels?

Hi D14D,

1 - Correct, our new Challenger has both the 5.7 and the 6.1, however our older Charger model, originally designed as an SRT-8 (which has the 6.1) only has that engine and lacks the 5.7 plastic cover.

2 - Regarding this series, stay tuned, you should have some info in just a few short days...members of our collector club are discussing this now.

3 - While we have no concrete plans at the moment to produce these other model Corvette years, we always have them on our short list of "cars to do." So not in the immediate future but obviously they are important and would never rule them out.
