This is not from the New York City Toy Fair. It was ordered by Ron Slyder for his York Pa Toy Show held at the York Pennsylvania Fair Grounds.

Were production quantities ever released?

There were Produced and sold by White Rose collectibles in York PA. Rony Slyder was a major player in these models through the 1990's. He runs White Rose. The Nascar MBX Convoys I show are White Rose. The did NFL,College and MLB Convoys,trucks and cars of matchbox as well.
