HI i have a mtd push mower model 11a-5062062 im trying to get the blade adaptor off i have put a 2 jaw puller on it and it wont even move i put a lot of heat to it also and still got no where it is the keyed type any help appreciated thanks

i have a 10 ton hydraulic puller and even this strugles some times just put plenty of penertrating oil and leve presure on the puller it will give in time also try candle wax heat the blade boss and then melt candle wax down the shaft this has got me out of the cart on numerus ocations

Thanks bill got it cutting torch worked just fine. It got to the point it was cheaper for the customer to buy a new adaptor at 10.00 than me charging him the labor. thanks again
