Hi, just trying to figure out how to post a question. My engine has only 5o psi compresion. Isn't that a little low? Poor bugger won't run.

Maybe a little low, but many 4 strokes will run with 50 lbs compression. There is a compression release on this engine, so a compression reading may be somewhat misleading. A leakdown test would be a better indicator.

Does your engine try to start and will not continue to run?
