I have an older Hyperdrive chase. Thinking of switching to a gas engine.What would be a good one to get. cheaper the better, just wanting something to play around here with.

I would recommend a .09 engine to begin with, It's cheaper and will work good until you decide whether or not gas racing is for you. Mitch or Darrell that are on here alot could help you out. If you want something bigger and just a tad quicker- just see if anyone has a good .12 they would like to sell---CHEAP. The .09 engine is a hornet with some mods to it, the .12 would need to be an O.S.--both use the associated GT clutch and stuff

Give me a call tomorrow, 828-734-6770. I know of 2 Hyperdrive 09 gas cars for sale. Some of your pro 3 parts will work on them, or maybe you could just sell it as a roller. These 2 cars are a couple of years old but I would guess they are in good shape.
