Does anyone know how many different color schemes were made by Ertl/RC/Route66 for the 1968 Chevelle SS396 castings in 1/64th?

These are the ones I know of, listed below:
1) Mint blue
Don't know how it was either packaged or labeled.

2) Black w/Red Stripes on side.
As far as I know, this was packaged as Ertl American Muscle Hobby Edition box, and duplicated by RC Baldwin Motions clamshell.

3) Red with black top.
As far as I know, this was packaged as Ertl for Kmart Route 66 in clamshell.

Any other that may know?
