Lesney made millions of these in the normal metallic purple colour and smaller quantities in pink - the skin pink colour was the first issue as shown in the first Superfast catalog - a colour not used much at all on the rest of the range (like the rarest no56a BMC) and then there is the hot pink as used on millions of no 70 Dodge Charger Funnycar.........the tow hook remained with the casting from its original rubber tyred street version.......
Anybody else like this casting?

Those are fun to roll around.
I really like the rw version though.
I was thinking it would be neat to do a base swap and make rw version with a Super Kings base, but use the smaller sf wheels from the front on all four corners.
Now I gotta find some beaters to work with!
