I have a 1970 collector case filled with 60s and 70s match box cars...I am wanting to sell them. What do you think the value of this would be? Thanks.

I know how to get them on the computer but I don't know how to post them on this website. ambergentry06 05-19-2009, 03:03 PM Never mind, Bud. I think I have figured it out. ambergentry06 05-19-2009, 03:34 PM OKay, I have posted them...I am not sure how you look at them but they are on here somewhere. 96gsfan 05-19-2009, 04:30 PM OKay, I have posted them...I am not sure how you look at them but they are on here somewhere. If they click on YOUR my photos link under your name they can see them. A few nice ones in there. The yellow truck with the lion in the back will be a popular one amongst your matchbox collectors. You have a few Hot Wheels redlines mixed in there as well. Sorry I cant help with the value. SMS88 05-19-2009, 05:12 PM Uncommon Charger funny car and although well played with the Hotwheels are interesting too. The picture on the carrycase and your location for shipping purposes will also determine the value of this bunch ambergentry06 05-19-2009, 06:20 PM SMS, I added a pic of the carrying case. Do you have any idea what if it is worth anything. I know there are some hot wheels in there but I figured I would add there pics too. SMS88 05-20-2009, 03:31 AM The carry case looks in decent shape, not torn and with minimal sun damage to the artwork which is cool. And the best feature of this carry case is that it holds 72 cars and is from 1970 - a perfect storage/display for the 72 1970 initial Superfast models (there were 3 regular wheels retained in the range for a few years). Over here in europe that case would fetch at least $20 empty, perhaps double that if it is really clean inside and undamaged. The cars would appeal to HW collectors more than MB, although most shown there are easy to find in USA on TTP or evilbay, there are some US only Matchbox that europeans would not have......shipping would be expensive because this lot is heavy but perhaps on epay I would guess that there would be bidders at $50, and if you were really lucky it may go for $100 dcbm 05-22-2009, 08:19 PM let me know how much for the whole bunch with case shipped to langhorne Pa 19047 vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
