Its late 1980s tourist tat sold by the famous London waxworks named on the side.
Not the best scale but a good model of the 1930 AEC Regent with Tilling body (try google ´ST922´) which operated a museum tourist service in London c1975-1985 and still exists today in the Cobham bus museum collection.
These are available at UK toyfairs loose near mint for around $2, boxed for around $5 but probably worth more on your side of the Atlantic!

This is not a Matchbox. It is a LLedo which was a company started by one of Matchbox's founders when he left MB. It has a couple of scars on the decal. $2-3 tops would be my guess.,

as uncle tomica said definitely a lledo.
dg 15-9 introduced in 1985 with the hall’s wine decal, the madame version was i believe released in mid 1987.
lledo calls it a 1932 aec regent double decker bus.
as far as value, i don’t think many lledos bring a very high price. that aside i like them very much.:) even the bright green swan vestas bus.:)

here is a lledo catalog picture with the madame and hall’s bus.

This is a picture of the actual bus measured up by Lledo and it was in fact first registered and entered service in 1930.Most Lledos castings except for the shortened Grayhound bus were based on real vehicles, which like the Yesteryears, were measured up & photographed in the metal by Lledo before the tools were made....
Buses made as tourist souvenirs do display well but rarely ever are worth their original store price tag unless they carry very short run desirable advertising, so i hope you enjoy your bus for exactly what it is, have fun with it and no need to get upset if it picks up a few dings!
