This was really a great little casting! Made in Japan, this BMW 320i (Casting number F43) was really ahead of it's time. And yes the doors do still open!

I just restored this for a fellow HT member and though you guys might not visit the customs boards so I would share here as well. If you have a little time, do yourself a favor and cruse through the custom boards. There are some truly amazing builds and projects going on over thier all the time! We would love to see you stop by for a visit.

Wow, very nice job! Love how you added the details on the window trims. What did you use the remove the old paint?

That came out incredible.
I bought an Iwata air compressor and airbrush about two years back so I could do some custom and restore work. Stuff is is still sitting in my closet.

Thanks Kotetsu, I just droped the body and doors into gel paint stripper for about 20 min. and washed off and started sanding and preping the body.

And Atencio, feel free to store it in MY closet for a while! LOL! Get off your tail and get busy man, thier are cars out there just waiting to be painted!!!!

Thanks for the looks and the kind words guys!
