Ok Guys, we're gonna have a four race points series with 1 drop.
Prizes/trophies for Top 3 in each class.

Classes will be:

21.5/lipo Pnacar

13.5/1cell Pancar

13.5/1cell SK

17.5/1cell C.O.T(see spec thread for rules)

Dates for the Points series will be:

Sunday June 7th

Sunday July 19th

Sunday August 16th

Sunday September 13th

I was in till I started puting the dates on my calendar, if it was on Saturdays I would be there but not on sunday, to far to drive on Sunday I get home to late and have to work on Monday. Have fun I'll see you in the fall.

whine or not, its too bad that you decided to race on Sundays because you will loose many "out-of-towners". I myself, just decided to race elsewhere because I cannot travel on Sundays.

Not too late to change, if you decide to race on Saturdays, I will attend most races....if not, good luck and see you at the WinterBlast!

Points series Dates are being looked at.

Mike, with all the respect for your Mass track, I would only make the long trek in your area to race the high banks. Flat tracks are a dime a dozen in this area.

1st post said to check under Spec oval racing for rules. Under that thread it says only Macallister COT Bodies will be allowed which, is good because there are 2 other tracks that are using Macallister Bodies for Spec COT racing so, you won't have to switch bodies or equipment between tracks.

For the COT Class this is a SPEC class Running Strick SPEC rules that turn 4 and 4 other N.E. Tracks are going to be running. We're all sticking with the same rules. The protoform Body is not an approved body for the Spec COT class.

Peter, It was nice to talk with you this evening. As you allready have your answer, I'll post the answer for others that may be interested.

Tire must show indication of SPEC. BSR are the most popular tire at this moment. As long as we can see a spec indication your good.

We havnt said you cant use the protoform COT body in another class. Just not in the summer series spec COT class. The COT SPEC CLASS is just for Novice,beginners,retired, Not the veterian racer.

Seriously though, Before I started the sk's I raced a legend spec class. I was kinda thinkin about entering a cot race or two. But if I'm "overqualified" for it, I totally understand.:thumbsup:

Our new Summer Hours Starting the 1st points race will ba as follows.

Open at 7am
First heat @ 10am
Each round on the Hour from there.
This should have us done around 2pm.
Starting June 7th we will onlly be open everyother weekend.

points dates are:
June 7th
July 19th
Aug 16th
Sept 13th

Summer hours will continue threw to end of Sept, Being Closed Sept 27th

We hope that this hour format will hwlp those that wish to travel for our points series. and help all of us get done with day to beat the heat inside our building.

We'll be open this weekend. Last day for opening at 9am, Racing at noon. Next week- June 7th Starts the new hours and the Summer Points Series.

Saturday, June 6th- No sorry we wont be open Saturdays. Doors open at 7am On Sunday the 7th.

I havn't heard any word of a exact head count, So I'm not sure.

Bossman, I will not be there this Sunday. It's too much of a haul to race Sundays and show up to work Monday mornings. It's too bad because I really wanted to participate this summer. Saturdays would have really been better for myself and any other that are travelling.
