The classes for this race are 21.5 2-cell, 10.5 1-cell, and our breakout spec class. We will race any other class if we have 3 or more racers for that class. This will also be a bump-up race with the top five qualifiers locking into the A-main along with the top 2 cars from the B-main and the last spot will be filled by the car with the next fastest time from 3rd place in the B-main or the fastest time from any of the lower mains. This race will also be a cash payout based on the number of entries for that class, so bring your racin' buddies to get that payout up http://www.trax70.com/blahdocs/Smilies/smiley.png. The entry fee is $25.00 for the first class and $15.00 for the second class.
Rules are as followed for 21.5 - Any ROAR legal 21.5 motor and ROAR 2-cell 3200 battery. The weight limit is 40oz. There will also be a heat rule of 110 degrees and the voltage must not be over 8.44.
For 10.5 - Any ROAR legal 10.5 motor and the SMC 25C 4000mah 1-cell battery only. The weight limit is 38oz. The heat rule is also 110 degrees and voltage must not be over 4.22.
For the Breakout class - Any pancar chassis, 43oz. weight limit and either a truck or COT body. We have set a minimun lap rule of 7.0 so any lap turned under that will not be counted and will hurt your overall time. We have changed the rules a bit to allow lipo or nimh, so basically run whatcha brung but don't go under 7.0.
We will also be having a practice race on June 6th for anyone that is interested. Thanks and I'll see you there.
Goodwrench29 05-17-2009, 09:14 PM I also understand that a few of you guys want to run open mod...awesome. I will do whatever it takes to make it happen for you guys so I'm open to ideas, so post or pm me. Thanks

I was figuring 5000 packs max with whatever motor people wanted to run. I was probably going to use a 13.5 or 10.5 myself. Anybody else have ideas?

Thanks
Dan Thibodeau
jman91 06-01-2009, 07:19 PM Dan you and Ken coming down this weekend?
oldtimer 06-01-2009, 07:27 PM make that 2 set's set aside . We should be there around 6=7 sat night
Goodwrench29 06-01-2009, 10:19 PM So Charlie, I heard there is a reward for beating the track record.
Chuck :pI won't know the exact amount until race day but to promote the mod class I am splitting half of the entry fee's for that class, so the winner will take home half of the entry fee's for the mod class.
I'll have the pink L narrow prolite in stock, I'll set 2 aside.
