Is there any information available on this subject?

I was able to adapt a adjustable jet to the high speed fixed jet but the adjustable idle jet I made isn't working the way it should.

Would appreciate any links on this subject

are we talking about pressure washers?

Can't help there, might want to post you engine and serial number so people know what to look up when helping you.

The question was presented as genaric.

I did my experiment with a Tecumseh engine 4.5 horse but i think its applicable to any carb with a fixed jet in the bottom of the carb bowl.

I am also aware you can buy carbs for go carts that will bolt on lawnmowers that have adjustable jets but they are spendy

my bad i was thinking of something different nevermind what i said. i was thinking of the engines with fuel injectors for some odd reason
