Hey racers, The 2009 summer racing season kicks off this weekend, May 2nd and 3rd at the 'Concrete Ribbon.' Mr Car Speedway at the Central Iowa Fairgrounds in Marshalltown, IA celebrates it's 20th year of racing this year.

The July 18/19th race will be part of the BRL Summer Series and we will have a special 20th anniversary shootout saturday afternoon.

Looking forward to another great summer at Marshaltown. If youv'e never run at this track it's a great place to run caps!!!!!! Always good tight racing, and ya get 2 days of racing so if ya have a bad Sat. you have a chance to redeam yourself on Sun. Can't believe it's 20 years. Hope to see some new faces this year. Terry

We haven't had anyone run on the road course for a couple years but it was awesome when we ran on it.
