Does anyone know about the matchbox 40th superfast with the mail in voucher? It say you need to buy 15 superfast to get the free B for $3.95 but I'm not sure does that mean any superfast from the main line or does that mean the superfast 40th type?

For 2009, Matchbox are doing a mail in for the 40th Anniversary of Superfast.

So far, we have had one batch of 10 models released in the 40th Anniversary Superfast range. Later this year there will be another batch of 10 models, for a total of 20 models. Inside each of these 40th Anniversary models is a voucher. You can only get the vouchers inside models with the 40th Anniversary logo. Older Superfast models will not contain these vouchers, and other Matchbox ranges also will have no vouchers.

Therefore you can only get the mail in model if you pick up 15 Superfast models released this year.

i saw all 10, but only picked up the ZR1, Daf, Chevy van and Honda Civic Type R based on that I liked them...

I haven't even come across them yet. I suspect that slow stocking is again the reason. I'm hoping to pick up the entire set. Any idea what the mail-in car will be?

I picked up the '69 Caddy from this release. Nice wheels and the body has a nice pearl white paint job.:cool:

I finally came across the 40th series and I only bought the DAF. I'm hoping to have the money for the rest soon. I really like the deco on the Civic Si, though I'm not a fan of the casting or the 1:1.

I managed to find and buy the 8 that I wanted, including the 69 Caddy which seemed to disappear first from stores' selves. Those cars that are rock climbers or dune buggy like, don't interest me too much so I tend not to buy them.

I bought the Caddy a couple of days ago. The TRU I was at had a couple of cases. I wish I could have bought the rest.
