i've been on search so long...n now i have to make a final decision, where i need u'r help......
today is my b'day and i have got about $100, I'm very interested in Li-Pos and BL system....
what do you guys reckon is a better investment ..
a Li-Po 5000mAh with a Balance Charger or a eZRun 9T BL System?
please do reply me, so that i can see where the RC world is upto...
i have a HBK kinda Truck, i don't race yet ....i have jus for fun and i m jus trying to learn ....

i c that the ezrun is REALLY cheap which means i wouldnt trust it with anything. id say get a good battery to start off with like SMC and save up to get a good brushless system, good novak or trinity BL motor and a good speedo like a novak GTB, or if your bashing get the velineon brushless system from traxxas

I didn't get a chance to race with my EZRun system (5.5 turn, 60A ESC) last weekend, but did run some practice laps. It worked fine, didn't even get very warm with a pretty serious motor. The things that would worry me about the "9T system" from the seller in Germany you're looking at (on the other thread) is that they don't tell you how many turns the motor actually is, and the ESC is only rated 35A. If you're just looking for a fun system with good runtime (and not a racing system), I'd suggest an 8.5 turn motor. Powerful, but not too crazy. If $100 is your price limit, about the only options you've got are used from ebay or one of these EZRun systems from Hong Kong....(or elsewhere)
