You have the casting, and the relationship with Ford and Shelby....so PLEEEESE think about offering this package!

I completely agree with you Ward!
I mentioned the Supersnake and King of the Road not too long ago, and the Cobrajet was mentioned quite a while back as well. The feeling that was returned towards these is that they are old news with the 2010 Stang and GT 500 on there way in...

That would be nice. They could make a two car set with this car and the original 67 Mustang Coupe Terlingua car.

oh and since I am begging can I again ask for a 1970 grabber blue Cougar Eliminator?

Thank You.

Thank You.

Hi Ward,

That is a great looking tribute to the original isn't it? We miss your racing expertise over at UTH, feel free to come back any time.

As for the Terlingua, this would require a new hood and wheels for sure, we might be able to do the rest in graphics. I never say never but we don't currently have this in the works. We are focusing on the next gen of this Pony right now - be on the lookout for that late in the year.

Thanks,

- Matt

Thanks for the kind words and the response Matt. I do miss you guys more then I thought I would, a lot of great collectors in the club over there.

And I am keeping a close eye on your racing endevers still....your Grand Am Daytona Prototypes are right on the money. Great job on pulling that off with one casting. (Now make us some real cars and do the ALMS creations!) And you have a lot of road racing pieces coming our way that has my mouth watering!

If I can only get you guys to a drag race!!! Those have not quite found thier own legs yet, but I am sure you guys are working on it. Keep up the great work over there!

Ward:

Shelby collectibles offers that Stang in 1:18 scale. I do beleive the 1:64 version is in the works.

Yes, the Shelby Collectibles cars are way better in terms of proportions, and more details for the same price or less!!!

Yep Sheldon, I do like the 1:64 Shelby stuff, but I just like the feel of the GL's a little better. Don't know why, I can't put my finger on it, but it's just me.

I have several of the SC in 1:64, and looking forward to to more (like the Daytona and the 1:64 Terlingua that SD64 just mentioned). But overall, I am more of a GL guy.

I'm glad we have so many choices, keeps it fun!

Around here Greenlights are nearly $1.00 cheaper theaper than the SCs in the stores. I also like the Greenlights the best, the details just seem a LOT sharper IMHO. And ALL of my SCs have had some kind of quality issue......
