We are having alot of problems with the antenna tubes breaking, when we are jumping flipping etc. They aren't just bending they are breaking.
We have alot of RC trucks ranging from HPI,Traxxas's
The problem started when we put aftermarket tubes on,they don't seem to have much bend to them before they snap.
Anybody have suggestions on what brand we should use?
We have tried Patriot !
Thank you,

I use the cheap ones.....to protect your antenna, try reaming a hole in the back window of your body and put the tube through it instead of the top. That way the body will hit before the antenna does....

I used to tuck mine inside the body. Never had any range or glitching problems.

Cheap ones FTW. I have had the same antenna tube for 2 years. Never broke. Only slightly scratched and I flip a lot!

Trinity tubes, I use them in the BRP cars and 1/4 scales before 2.4 system.

I know this sounds really weird, but try using shrink tubing. shrink it on and then slip a second one on. It stays flexible and will not deteriorate in weather. It is available in many different colors including clear and black. You will not only protectr your antenna wire, but you could do some custom color coordinating with your paint scheme. Just a thought.
