Steve was the one who directed me to this site and how great it was. As a favor I agreed to pass his letter along:
To whom it may concern:
Please be advised that many people who are members on this forum continue to email me about my name coming up here on this forum.
It is not a big secret that I can come to this board anytime I damn well please as a guest.
You can continue to attempt to ban me from this forum but my computer savvy acquaintances will still help me access this forum.
I don\'t plan to post but just continue to keep getting all the information as I have been about certain models that are being built here.
I copied and pasted the pics and info I needed for the Space Pod Dave built! Great Job! Now I know how to get it done.
I am using this forum as a reference source and that\'s it. This is my final post.
If my name continues to be used in a derogatory manner, including my user ID, Stuntman, then legal action will follow! And for those who know me outside of cyberspace and know who my lawyer is, that is not a threat, it\'s a promise.
I directed at least 17 people to this forum that are guests and members now. I don\'t apppreciate the fact that my name is still being mentioned here when I am not allowed to defend myself on this board!
I want the moderator to take all my pictures down of my collection since they have no right being on here if I am no longer a member. I will check back later tonight to see that all my personal pictures of my collection are taken off of this board.
If it gets back to me, or that I read it in a post, that I am being slandered my lawyer, will take it up with Frank Winspur directly.
I have sent this letter to my attorney already and a copy of it is going to Frank Winspur and other people who have been monitoring this situation quite closely.
