After being closed for a year and plans to tear it up, Wall Stadium a 1/3 mile paved oval will be opening this season. Next race is Saturday 5/9. I'm going to try to get to at least 2 races a month to support the track and hopefully keep it from being turned into condos. So if any of you guys plan on going to any of the races drop me an e-mail and I'll see you there. I'll buy you a cold Heineken!

Ironically, last night my wife and I spoke about some of our memories from there, I really enjoyed my time as a spectator at that track. We use to rent a house in Point Pleasant and drive over to watch the races, they use to have a race featuring V.W. Bugs that was a blast to watch (mid 80's) those things would roll over and tumble down the track......yellow would come out..... a few track workers would flip them upright and they would get back in the race. Good times..........

Bill if you take 195 East to Rt.34 south to go to Point Pleasant, Wall Stadium is first intersection on Rt.34 north of Rt. 195.
