Check out the disclaimer at the tail end of the description -- it's a classic for someone with 5 negatives in 6 months.

He's probably tired of people leaving negatives and not being able to do anything about it Many buyers leave unwaranted negs these days, and the sellers have no recourse.

I read the four most recent negative feedback comments and the seller's replies to them. Given the seller's overall rating, I think his/her comments are probably correct. That makes me agree with micyou03's assessment. The seller is just trying to avoid grief in the current ebay environment.

Sometimes you run into a buyer you are never going to please. Avoiding them is a GOOD THING.

I have to agree with you and mic on this one.

Two of the negatives I found the seller took responsibility for. One was water damaged and one the seller asked the buyer a question and never got a response. The others that I found were uncalled for like negative feedback for an unpaid item, or retaliatory for the other purchase being water damaged and not shipped. Under these circumstances I can understand the sellers statement. Especially about the delivery confirmation and tracking suddenly making the never delivereds suddenly cease.

More and more good people are leaving ebay for other selling places because of all the fees and crap you have to put up with. Prices are going up for garage sale stuff and people think it is Walmart and you have to take it back even if what the problem is, is not your fault. They did not read the info on the auction and just went crazy bidding, now buyer remorse sets in and they want a refund because it just wasn't what they thought it should. Even if you list in xx large type they don't read it. Or they don't want insurance and the po breaks it. But they give you bad feed back anyway. You have to pay to list any where from .35 to $100, then you pay a fee at the end which is 8% to 12% of the ending price. Then Paypal takes 12% of total money you pay even postage cost. So if you sell something for $25, $3.55 goes to ebay and another 12% goes to paypal thats another $3.50 or so and your time to list and pack with that not cheap bubble wrap is $3.50 and gas in car to got to op another $2 = 12.55 and you paided $10 for it in the first place, you made a whole $2.45. Is it worth it!:freak:

That is why I made a website an put a sticker on every bag that the items go in with my web site addy on it. Printing postage with paypal is the way to go, you have a mandatory delivery conformation but its .18 compared to the .75 at the PO an all you have to do is take 10 steps an put it in your mailbox. no gas, no lines, no headaches from the PO
