TRI COUNTY NITRO SERIES

This will be a 3 race series with a final

The first race will be at FACTORY TRACKS RACEWAY MAY 17TH

RACE 2 WILL BE AT MX131 ON JULY 5TH

RACE 3 WILL BE AT STATELINE ON AUG 23RD

THE FINAL WILL BE AT PHEASANT RUNN SEPT 12&13TH

This series will offer 3 points races with your best 2 counting and the final race will count for double points.

there will be top 3 trophies in every main at every race.

coast will be $25 first and $15 second

all of these races are just one day events.

seperate practice times and days are left up to the tracks if they choose.

ELECTRICS ARE WELCOME!!! (if enough they will be seperated)

I just spoke to Al Horne and since the weather is so nice this early in the season, the first round will be at Pheasant Runn, with FTR as the back-up location if it does rain. So bring both outdoor and indoor tires!

What time does the race at Romans start? Seems there will be many 1/8 ele buggys.Any word on if they will be seperated? I think a few guys with ele wanna race with the nitro guys! If seperated,Could a ele guy race the ele class and the nitro with a ele? Any thoughts?

I would think if there are enough they would be separated. I would also think you would need a lot of batteries to run in the elec. class and the nitro class. Maybe Al or Edwin could shed some more light on this for you.

I'm pushing for run in what you pay for. If you paid to run in Nitro then you get to run in nitro. But tit for tat, they should be able to run with the electrics if they want???

I'll be running both so I would like to see two classes. 12 min mains for ele. would be good.

Yeah once Al's back from Nats and maybe a 1/2 hour to unload, I'll be bugging the living s..t out of him! Ha

if there are 5 or more we will seperate the classes

Great time!!! Thanks to all who helped bring this together, no way could I have done this a lone. Also i thank the racers that came out to give it a try. You were great, super job of picking up. Because of you the neighbors have said we can do it again. Thanks again everyone!!

I think God blessed me Sunday, I only swore 2 times that I can remember. I don't need Al kicking me out of the series over my potty mouth!

Thanks Kevin,Jeritol and the rest of the stateline gang for a warm welcome for us first timers from Gaylord, MI. We had a great time and really enjoyed the people there and thanks to Al for the trophies, we hope we did'nt mess up anybodies points in the series, we where just trying to get some big track experience.Thanks again to all for a great day of racing.

Great day of racing yesterday! Track was killer!! Great to see a good turn-out in all classes! Congrats to Uncle E for winning the Truggy A-Main: Man, you were hauling! Could only hang with you for a few laps early on!

My first time at the track and had a blast. One of the best tracks, and layouts, I have had the privilege to run on. If only you were closer...:cry:

i still do not have them from the guys that took the pics.as soon as i get them i will post them on here.i think the ones from romans are on here somewhere in this thread.
