As Mr. Red Rider would say, they're up to it again. I heard a rumor this weekend that they're going to be testing at Easley this Saturday. I can probably make that one, if its not a closed test, but would that make me as bad as them? I say it would be a shame to not go to the track on what is supposed to be another beautiful weekend, plus I want to go pull the trigger on that .15 again if I can get all my Rock Hill damage fixed.

So, all kidding aside, are you guys still going?

Sounds like a plan to me!

Headed to LPR myself. Hmmmm add just a few hours and I could be at Easley.

Is there a race this weekend or is it just a test and tune?

Well I won't be able to. My Dad is the Grand Marshall at the Grand Am race in VIR this weekend. Can't miss that one.

Now that is a COOL GIG!! I am going to make the race at Barber this year. After seeing the Indy cars run and having seen the bikes, not going to miss the cars.

That is cool Kevin, I wouldn't miss that either. Is Roger, Casey or Brian coming? Scott, I suppose that if three of us show up they'll race us, that's usually Donnie's policy. I think I may go even if I'm the only one if the weather forecast doesn't change. I hate to miss nice days at Easley, before it get super hot. It was just about perfect this past weekend.

Sam I will not be able to make it this Saturday due to my neice's birthday. I wish I could though I have the itch!! Talk to you guys later. Casey

That should be fun, my neice had her first birthday a couple of weeks ago, and I played with my older neice who's almost 4 the whole time which was fun. Not as much fun as racing, but still fun. Even though it seems that everyone else is dropping out one by one, I'm still going to go play.

Check it out, 100th post!

I hear ya Sam-Way to be paying attention. I missed that one. Even though it seems like they are not goin to show---Don't ever let them trick ya. Plus- It's old # 3 and Clinch Kid that you really need to worry about. Them two are as sneaky as a snake in freshly mowed grass. Kevin may show up- he called me -trying to get me to go to VIR with him, but i figured it was a ploy just to get me in the truck and then he would lock the doors and not let me out till we got to Easely.hehehe I out thunk him this time! Said i couldn't make it this time. HE --i showed him.;)

I was hoping a Smurf rumor thread would get a rise out of Mr. Red Rider. I was all by myself with the .15 this week, but the stopwatch said it was fast. It was only a little hot, otherwise the weather was perfect. I'm going to take this weekend off, then I'll be heading back to race .09s and test the .15 the next two weeks at least.

Well, we know the spec class was there. LOL But how did tire wear go, Car seem to handle the power? List can go on.

Kevin, tire wear was no problem, and I'm sure the track was hot. I didn't check the temp but the Easley sun had its "summer feel" (ie I was red when I got home) and was beating down on the track all day. The car seemed to handle the power without a problem.

Sam, You're slippin man. You was supposed to say it was 50 for the high-tire wear was terrible chewed up all four, and the motor just simply had way to much power. You have got to learn to mess with there mind. It only takes a little effort to do that.hehehehe---RED RIDER OUT:thumbsup:

Mr. Red Rider, have you ever heard of a false sense of security? hehe
