I have an Emaxx that iput the HV sytem into (7.5 motor with 15 pinion and the 66 spur , running 2 3300 6 cell packs) . The problem i get is it will shutter sometimes on take off and then also shut down the red light is on have steering but no motor, turn truck off and back on and away it goes again, any ideas on the problem?? and also i been running in just 1st gear.

Have you got the lipo cutoff turned on and is it detecting low voltage due to the 3300s? Also are the batts in good shape and carrying adequate voltage?

try stock gearing, it is going into over heat protection mode

stock gearing is higher then 15 wasn't it?
