I wish I could find a 850 GLT in any scale. So I can have a model of my "beater".

You made the right choice!:p It's a good looking casting on top of that. I was going top say "for free" but I relized you paid plenty for it! Has the 1:1 been an enjoyable ride?

The car is pretty spunky. Supposed to be able to run a 14 flat in the 1/4 mile but I have never ran it. Mechanically it has been fine. The cons is that it chews up tires like there is no tomorrow, the Brembros brakes squeak after I drive the car on the freeway, very wide u-turn radius, and the best I can get is about 20 mpg. Of course I would have rather bought a new Saleen Mustang but with two kids I must live in 4-door hell.

Out of all my Volvos (6) I have to say my XC70 was the best. The 5 cylinder had plenty of power and I could get about 24 mpg in it. The car sat up a wee bit higher than a regular car giving good road vision and had a awesome turning radius. I put 140,000 mile on it and never had any non-scheduled work done to it. Alas some uninsured person rear ended it.
