Has anyone tried taking the paint off of the AutoWorld track pieces?

I stripped paint off an Aurora RR Xing once using regular paint thinner. I would assume the AW paint is as tough as what they put on the car bodys.. I wish I had a simple answer for you.. I don't think pinesol will cut it. Maybe easy off oven cleaner??

Testors makes a product caled "ELO" Easy Lift Off for removing paint from plastic...Warning" DON'T TRY TO DO IT ALL AT ONCE! Read the directions on the can and then wash with soap and water between soaking and scrubbing with a stiff toothbrush or green scotch bright pad.

I removed the orange paint on Tomy Power Pack tracks this way. Pine Sol would not even touch this so, this is probably your only hope...good luck and post before and after pics please. :)

I am OK for leaving pre-sellout ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) on for a long time but I won't leave the post-sellout stuff on any longer than it takes me to change the channel. Of course, Disco? Very! (Discovery) would be the noted sell out album. "Don't Bring Me Down" sure brought them down in my eyes!
