Ok, no spoilers, but, if anyone watched tonight's CSI, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. What a fun homage to Trek. And, also some fun poking all the way around. Great setups and even a special quickie cameo from someone cool. No spoilers yet though.

Personally, I had a lot of fun watching it. There were a few faces to spot, a few thinly veiled references to SciFi shows, both new and old. It almost felt like an "intersecting of the lines" with all the talent behind the camera and in front of it. I'm not a CSI fan at all, but I really enjoyed watching this one episode.

Glad someone started a thread on this. I enjoyed the gentle pokes to the fans of certain sci fi shows.

I loved Hodges' daydream sequences, which were great spoofs of specific TOS episodes.

And Liz Vassey is just a stunning woman, especially in a Trek-like uniform!

I caught a glimpse of Grace Park in the convention crowd. And I loved that Ron Moore was the guy who yelled "YOU SUCK!" :lol:

Especially since he got the same reaction from folks when he first started his "re-imagining" of Battlestar.

I also loved that poor Ellen Tigh (Kate Vernon) can't seem to get a break even in the "real World".

I've been oggling her since I first saw her. Can't remember the show but before The Tick. I still refer to her as Captain Liberty.
