I've recently created a favicon for our website, and was told to make the background color 'transparent'. The GIF I started with has a transparent background, the .ico converter I used online had a 16 x 16 pixel editor that had transparent 'color' selection which I used, but my icon still did not appear with a transparent background. The odds are that I did something wrong along the way, but not sure what it would be. Any advise or recommendations would be appreciated.
