Hey, I just received a RS4 EVO 3 from an awsome deal ( THANKS screamin22), and I am new to Nitro. I just want to know what I need to do to keep this running good and what to change and when. Any tips help to.

Thanks:wave:

Start doing some research. Engine care is essential. After run oil is important. Keeping spare glow plugs on hand is too.
Learn how to tune your engine. Too lean and you burn up the motor, too rich and your car will run sluggish.
Learn how to adjust your carb and clutch.
Make sure you have a Fail Safe AND a throttle return spring.
Vehicle maintenance is crutial. The residue from a nitro engine collects dust and debris. You vehicle needs to be cleaned periodically.
All the magazines have great tips on running Nitro. In back issues and on their websites.

I have done research and I think I have the basics down. I am looking more for tips to make it run better and longer if possible.

Question. How often should I change this AA battery in the ignitor? It seems that I get ONE start from each AA. =[

You can purchase a rechargeable ignitor. They aren't very expensive, and it's WAY better than burning up AA's in my opinion. The only problem could be if the ignitor starts to lose power and you are nowhere near an outlet.
