You should check the brake disc it may need to be replaced. Another problem that frequently occurs is a loose set screw on the brake adjustment rod. Check to see if the stop cap is loose. This will cause the servo and mechanism to move properly but no tension will be ascerted to the disc. You will see either a spring or a piece of fuel tubing on the mechanism shaft. The adjustable stop cap will be at the end of the spring or tube. It is easily tighted with an allen/hex tool. Hope this helps.
