Here's my new old cars I got at a garage sale.

You can see, to mount the body, there is a screw towards the front, and one off center at the back.
My question is, are these bodies compatible with the new AW 4gear chassis?

No - what you have is screecher chassis and bodies, it's also called magna steering. http://slotcarcentral.com/drupal-5/cr-d4

This was not ment to fit a four gear chassis.

They're kinda fun chassis to run.
Just cut a grove in the front and glue in a guide pin...
they later released some of those chassis with fixed steering and a guide pin.... but I always like the losee steering and the guide pin combo.


As for mounting those bodies onto a 4 gear chassis, it looks like it would be pretty easy, just look at all the room you have for the front wheel wells. LOL!
