LOL! I had that very auction in my watching list untill it outpaced my willingness! The most I have done on a Kyosho is around $35 delivered. Still the most I have ever paid for a single 1:64 casting.

When I begin to collect kyosho (lambos series 1) I saw an urraco begins the bid in 10$ and ends in 350$,
Personally I doubt the truthfulness of the bidder and of course I lost the bid and several days later I got mine for 15$.

What amazes me is that some sellers offer the whole series that were sold 2 or more years ago in shops. For example, not long ago, someone was selling all cars from Porsche series 1. I wonder where do they find all these, do they store lots of them in some basement and sell a series from time to time... :confused: I always thought they try to sell the new series as soon as possible, but I guess they are speculating a bit and saving some for later.

I paid a hefty sum for a 330 p4 spider almost 3 years ago.

I only have one more chase car to complete my collection, it used to be two but yosho reissued the 360 spider.

There have been several, in fact, 1 actually closed with no bidders at all -14.99 I think.

To the best of my knowledge, Dydo is a brand of coffee in Japan.
This 360 spider came with the diorama during the 1st promo/vol 1 dydo-kyosho Ferrari.

The dio looks nice but the 360 spider from series 5 looks a lot better.

NO. I was offered, but I knew I was too unexperienced a driver. This was 20 years ago of course. Now I can handle that type of machinery all day long. If I had the opportunity of course. :cool:

I don't have Ferrari's from 1 or 2 but have all the cars from 3,4,5. As a collector with Muky and Buby being prized pieces in my collection I am not a stickler on authenticity but do appreciate it.

I'm relatively new at collecting the Kyosho brand of diecast.
I saw this item and I fell in love with it.
I heard previously that a 330 P4 sold for over a hundred dollars but since
then I've found out it was probably the VHTF Dydo release.
(Ignorance is expensive at times.)

I love this forum, you people have giving me a breath of fresh air in the diecast collecting world. I have 25 or so Kyosho pieces and I feel like a little pup compared to some of you big pups with the amazing collections.
I luv and enjoy your pics very much.

its funny how the bidding goes. i just bid and won a ferrari/lancia D50. i won it for about $9.00 after losing last week on two sales of the same type car that topped at $30 and $36 if i remember correctly. guess it depends on whos bidding and how bad they want it that day. i also seem to be more lucky with certain sellers. go figure. mj

Red Ferrari Dino 308 GT4 from the latest Ferrari series reach higher prices on ebay, higher than most of the other models. Does anyone have any idea why? Is it so desirable or is it just a hype at the beginning?

the f430 too is higher the reason is certailny the metalic red paint.

Must be the hype for being a new release. Maybe that buyer is missing that one car out of the whole set and I could easily see why he'll pay so much to complete the set.
