any other farm toy collectors on here. i stick with 1/64 due to size. my favorite is john deere , but i have a few other colors too.

Farm toys rock! I have about 40 1/64 scale tractors of various colors plus over 100 1/16 tractors from several different brands like ERTL, Scale Models, and SpecCast among others.

jd - I just posted some pics of my old matchbox in matchbox section. Theres a couple Combines and tractors from the 50's and 60's

I collect several 1/64th scale models. My collection numbers about 1000 pieces and cover alot of Ertl along with many other brands. Most of my stuff is agricultural related with some muscle cars and construction equipment added in. I have been at it almost 30 years now. I moved recently so most of my collection is still boxed but I keep on buying.

i have collected the 1/64th scale john deere construction equipment i have only 6 ot 7 of them though and i'm in need of the 1/64th scale john deere skidder to complete that part of my collection

When looking for JD construction equipment pay attendtion to paint schemes and numbers. The yellow color has change at least once and the payloaders have updated their numbers a couple of times. Now the yellow paint has gray accents. Also you may want to look for many of the tractors they have done in industrial yellow or orange. I have quite a few of the differnt pieces my self.

the skidder i'm looking for is a dark yellowish color or light yellow

I have a farm toy collection also. I didn't think there was much of an interest in farm toys.
When I find some time I'll start taking some pics to share.

I'm not to picky,john deere,case,new holland,ford,international harvester...it's all good! :)
