And, perhaps, someday, the 330 P4 Spyder...

I would be happy just to get my hands on any ferrari for this company. I can't bring myself to justify overseas postage.:cry: So in the mean time I will just have to sit and drool at others and replace my keyboard every few days.

Those with better eyes maybe can help... does that look like a black 430 Scuderia with gold rims? I guess that might be the secret car. Unless I'm mistaken it for the Challenge Stradale.

Here's the official pricing in Japan:

At Tokimeki Mall, a Japanese online retailer, the box sets of 20 (Ferrari-6) cars can be pre-ordered at 9800Yen per box (~$100USD). Tokimeki Mall is the only official outlet to pre-order Kyosho cars, but I believe there are few eBay sellers who can help. Domestic shipping from Tokimeki Mall is a low flat rate of 315Yen, but I have no idea if they will ship international. The retail price for a single Ferrari-6 car is 490Yen.

These boxes are sealed and you won't know what you are getting until you opens it in your hands. If you only want a particular model then eBay is the only solution. In Japan this type of "blind box" collectibles are all over the place and cover a wide variety of toys and merchandize. In Kyosho's marketing words these blind boxes are exciting to buy and to discover, but it sure is a pain and awefully expensive for collectors who are trying to complete the 30 car set, let alone trying to find the secret car.

That's not bad... I can't even find one that's on sale, or at least one within a reasonable reach...

It's funny how in the older releases the black Ferrari cars have always been the less desirable when compared to the reds, but this time Kyosho really turned it around.

I have to admit that I'm not too impressed by looking some of the pictures on forums. For example, these 456 and 550 seem somehow bland and not too exciting, maybe because of the wheels...

I have paid for my set so they should be on the way. The first three cars in your pictures indeed have no "pow" factor. They almost look like regular HW's.
Maybe it is just because of the car itself?
