Tsuzo Niikura started Mine's in the mid 80's. Most of their products were designed for Skylines. The pictured example is their R34 Skyline N1 Demo car that produces 620 H.P.

Aoshima is listed on the baseplate of the sample below. I thought Aoshima only made models but this sample is diecast. I am not sure if Aoshima made it or had another diecast maker do it for them.

Detail on the car is excellent. What is really cool is that Aoshima used glass like pieces for both the head and taillights.
