I use ta drive the snot outa these SAABs...they take a pounding!
Had 2-stroke 3 cyl. until mid '67, then V4 Ford engines.

For sure, I really like the color of Mikes Tenko above.
A much more realistic SAAB color than my metallic red one.

That shade of metallic red is my alltime favourite diecast color - the opening doors make the Dinky a winner in my book although the Tekno looks smaller if lined up with Dinky- I only own a Tekno Saab,so I cant take the comparison sscale myself.
Dave sure has shown us 2 gems here that I dont turn up in many collections on the western side of the Atlantic.That VW T" sure has a cartoon TinTin feel about it...

The Tenko SAAB may be less refined in the fit and finnish department,
but knowing these cars intimately, it looks like the Tenko might be more proportionally correct.
The back end of the Dinky is a little longer than it's supposed to be.
