alex1485 04-01-2009, 09:35 PM I think the rims are a little too big (17 or 18's instead of 14/15's)

these are supposed to be aftermarket rims for this release, kind of like a custom series release instead of the stock 14/15 inch wheels.;)
buzz83 04-01-2009, 10:55 PM bigger the better I ride on 20s

macnut 04-01-2009, 11:42 PM M2 made another great series.:thumbsup:
72challenger 04-02-2009, 10:14 AM Can't wait to add that blue/white Winger to my peg wall!
Those look like Dubs the Daytonas are riding on. I had 17s on my Challenger and they didn't fill up the wheel well near that much.
harristotle 04-02-2009, 10:54 AM I focus almost completely on Ford's and Shelby, but that blue Daytona was so tempting, I had it in my shopping cart in my order... removed it last minute, but I may end up go back and ordering it anyways...

I'm with ya. Im on 19s now, but I had 24s on my Denali
They all look great, Im getting the daytonas and the Olds :)
Atencio 04-02-2009, 07:58 PM I guess I am just set in my old ways. An old muscle car just does not look good to me with anything larger than a 15 in.

LOL....that is what happens when you haven't had any new Stangs to buy in a while. You are in need of a fix and start compromising

 There may be some truth to that!

I agree for the most part. I have seen some restomods with larger rims that suit the car. I have also seen rims as large as 20" that look good on the current Mustang. However, these are stock classic muscle cars so the rims look a bit out of place to me. I suppose M2 is trying to give the collector more variety. Perhaps they are trying to get as much use out of their castings as they can.
Fortunately, it isn't too difficult to swap the axels on the M2 cars. If you like the car, but not the wheels you can easily do a swap with these rides. Hmmmm....that brings to mind a cool idea. Maybe in the future M2 can offer rides with two sets of wheels
BTW... that black Superbee with the red interior is a nice color combo.

That caught my eye as well. Like to see more of that combo. Get tired of black cars having black interiors. .
