i might have a sony with a docking station (small one) laptop.. only problem i cant find the power supply :| haha. otherwise.. i *think* its in working condition..... possibly.

maybe i should clarify a little bit here :tongue:. i am basically looking for a dyno to work with a robitronics dyno, i have 2 high end desktops already so i dont need a high end laptop (no laptop could compete with my desktop ;)). basically a system pentium 1 to pentium 3 that will support winxp is all i really need, i found a celeron in a local shop for 30.00 that would suit my needs but the shop owner wants to check it out first to make sure it at least powers up.

I have an IBM Thinkpad A21P, it has a PIII 850, 30gb HD, 256mb RAM. It has buit-in ethernet and modem ports on the back of the machine, but I believe the internal mini-pci card that contains the ethernet and modem controllers is dead. I tossed in a Cisco PCMCIA 802.11b wireless card and that works great. It has a beautiful 1600x1200 res. And being a Thinkpad it's (in my opinion) the best built laptop out there, very solid. It's in excellent condition and runs great.

Anyhow, I honestly almost hate to see it go as I've had this thing for years and it still runs and works great, I just don't really use it much any more and could use a few bucks in my pocket instead.
