Went into TRUS 10 minutes before closing. It was Saturday night and did not expect to find anything. Went thru the HW's-zilch. No new Jl's of course. No new GL either. But wait, what's this behind the GL limo?-MC9. 10 cars-yeah should have known-2 already gone. Walked off as announcement that store is closed came on the loudspeaker.

But I said let me look again. Upper left top peg-behind some previous released GL's-the other 2 cars-and the last one a GM!!


On the back of the card is says "Walmart Canada"? So what is this-Walmart Canada gets GL and Walmart U.S. does not? Very peculiar. But I got a Gm and that's a good day!

Pretty nice there Billy. I had heard that WalMart Canada was getting GL at one time. Sounds like one of their cases was shipped to your TRU by accident. Good for you.

Congratulations on your find. Actually, Wal-mart is the only store to carry GL in canada ever. We cannot find them anywhere. Not at TRU and not at Zeller's. And for reason that we can't explain, MCG9 was suppose to hit Canada's peg and it never happen. Unlike you guys, Wal-Mart is not an "authorized" retailer but you can find them in Target or TRU. The card is actually bilingual...

I only find standard GL's and maybe a few of the "custom" ones but hardly any numbers deviating from the 100s-5000s
