its registered as a 24 footer, but it has a front v-nose wedge, making it 4 foot longer to be 28 feet.......rear ramp, side door with rv latch, dummy rollers on the back underside, 2 3500lb axles with brakes on both, u can easily stand up without bumpin ur head inside, 4 tie downs, screwless side, white....side door has been moved forward near the vnose part, roof vent(braced and wired for ac), also the tie downs has been re arranged in the back to accommadate a rig....ive hauled a jeep cj-7 on 35's, a jeep tj on 35's, and of course hauled the comp buggy inside with no problems on long distance trips...its a cargo south...awning isnt included....i towed it with a f-250 with no sway bars no problems...also used it to pit out of at the r/c track....the back 14 feet has a countertop and pegboard, front part has a couch and chair
