Sorry for such a noob question, but, I collect many things and have never heard the terms "EUB", "BPW" and "GPW". The best I can come up with is "Excellent Used Box" and "Good Played With" lol.

Oh wait, maybe I DO know...bpw is black plastic wheel and gpw is gray plastic wheel when speaking of early Lesney castings.
Don't know about the eub however.
