That trailer with the cattle truck really makes it a fun piece...nice find!!!!!!

Other MBs with animals that quickly come to mind you will find from the '60s to early '70s (the era familiar to me) are:
#74 Mercury Commuter wagon, 2 dogs in the "way back"
#64 MG 1100, doggy in the back seat
#43 Horse Trailer - with 2 horses
#42 Studebaker Wagonaire...a hunting dog and a dude with a rifle
#37 Cattle Truck - with 2 cows
#17 Horse Box....2 horses
I think that's all from that time period exept for the King Size series from which there's a couple more.
The above castings would make a nice grouping all together!

There is also the dark metallic green no50 Ford F100 with 4 dogs in both regular wheels and Superfast (lime green), and the retooled version as no 57 Wildlife truck with a Lion under the glass bubble made from 1976 in yellow but changing to white with zebra stripes for the last days of Lesney. And then the late 1960s Studebaker wagonnaire with hunter & dog.
This Dodge cattletruck casting started life with twin rear axles as no 4 back in the late 1960s - Lesney sure got value for money out of this tool:thumbsup:
